This was made just to show you all that even in the planet of Enroth, she can still control her were-self as long as she`s outside cursed lycanthropy-lands, like Blackshire 
And even more, if she lets loose of her were-self outside in the wilderness and before the full moon (and cause an unprecedended bloodbath between her own fellow lizardmen for sort-of banishing her because of her being ... well, herself), then its is more likely that her were-self will be more sleepy and calm when the full moon does strike, increasing the chances of the normal populace surviving during that time and her condition to remain a secret for a longer time. Of course there is gonna be time when she needs to reveal this little "annoyance" to the party of adventurers she`s with, especially if other werewolves decide to go against the party in attempts to kill them after they were mere villagers moments ago before the full moon fully revealed to them and causing the curse to take its effects ... and she refuses to participate in the slaughter due to her wov that she had made with the members of the party before in order to reassure both their safety and the safety of lands she got so unceremoniosly tossed into.
Of course those are my own nifty little headcanons and thus you all have right to disagree x3 just like I have this pretty nifty headcanon that cursed werewolves and her were-self use their specific sets of grunts, growls, whinings, roars and other canine-like noises in order to communicate with each other, which has both its benefits and its bad sides, especially if the rest of the populace doesn`t agree with your views on the entire werewolfdom and Lord-Hircine-being-the-one-and-only-Father-of-the-Werewolves thing ...

I can confess I´m not much of a fan of werewolfes and such but interesting idea there and well drawn too and the moon and star background looks lovely
