Mathafrae: "I`m a dragon, handsome. Do you wish to see how big my treasure chest is?"
Pfffft, I totally made this up when I was drawing this and even now I just cannot help but to giggle in a very naughty way. Mathafrae might not be as forward as you usually imagine her to be, but with her tongue and her occassionally-unprecedented courage, she definitely can break a nice pick-up line out of her mental prison.
This being one of those times. No worries, the random Haspid in the background is not connected to her in any way, shape or form.
I mostly did this for people like Scurvypiratehog and SonicGirl9198 in order to show them how would my dragonsona look like in the world of Sonic if she would be alive instead of being a Dead Wyrm ... and to show the rest of people that I`m more than able to still draw Sonic-style characters even if some people like The-Nuclear-Pegasus know about that for quite some time already (my own Dawn of dA much?), only I`m choosing not to because I know of all the controversy that Sonic fandom is having inside itself (Sonic and Elise shippers like TheBlackNova, I feel ya all). Not wishing to contribute even more to the wickedness and evilness of it after all, this also including random OCs like she is, even if she`s technically a Crossover Master and thus I`m kind of cheating with her.
When it comes to her bio, I actually don`t have any ideas, but that doesn`t mean that you can fill it with all sorts of clutter and nasty things and all, thus I`m not allowing you to fill it on your own whim. Just give me ideas and I may or may not use them, thank you very much. 
Haspid the Terror of the Seas in the background is used as a size diference when compared to Matha herself, since she`s a small apple, only comparing herself with Tails (if he`s the smallest one in the roost) while the Sea Terror is big enough to be able to go toe-to-toe with some of the biggest machinery Dr. Eggman/Robotnik owns in his workshop, since well, in Heroes III, it`s big enough to literally hug and drag ships underwater with its body alone, thus ... yeah, having one as your weapon could spell a disaster for pretty much anything except maybe the Flying Dutchman if it would still have the Kraken under its command. Or the flying ones using big rocket launchers as their cannons.

If you think she looks familiar to any official Sonic-style character, then you would be kind of right because the big inspiration for her was Vector the Crocodile, especially the muzzle. Only that compared to Vector, her muzzle is really short! :,D

Cute to see her like that which isnt common, but myself thought it was inspired by the croc games rather than sonic but after saying that I see the sonic references. Treasure chest, chest hmmm why not
